Ridgeworth Group LLC operates Inside the Listing and collects and processes information to provide verified-lead campaigns, SMS verification, agent notifications, campaign analytics, account and billing services, archived Property Brief features, customer support, security, and product improvement. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account and profile information
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Password or authentication information through our authentication provider
- Brokerage name
- Team name
- License number and license state
- Job title

Campaign and lead information
- Campaign names, content, images, destination URLs, and status
- Prospect name, phone number, optional email address, and consent timestamp

- Agent email and SMS notification attempts, delivery status, and errors
- Campaign source, medium, device, browser, and attribution information

- Stripe customer, subscription, price, and invoice references

- Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Inside the Listing

2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Create and maintain accounts
- Create and operate agent-branded verified-lead campaigns
- Send one-time SMS verification codes to prospects
- Share submitted lead details with the agent identified on the campaign
- Send transactional lead alerts to agents by email and SMS
- Measure campaign funnels, attribution, and lead outcomes
- Administer subscriptions, included usage, and overage billing
- Generate Property Briefs and extract or organize equipment details
- Display agent branding and share reports at an agent's direction
- Provide support and send transactional emails
- Improve the service, maintain security, and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes
3. AI and automated processing
Uploaded equipment photos, label photos, and entered data may be processed using automated systems or third-party service providers to identify, extract, classify, match, or organize equipment information.
- Extracted data may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Estimates may be based on product records or visible labels.
- Users should review information before sharing.
- Material decisions should be confirmed independently.
We do not use uploaded property photos or equipment-label photos to train general-purpose AI models unless we obtain additional permission or provide a separate notice.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain campaign and lead history, document consent and billing, support shared reports, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Campaign lead and messaging records may be retained after a campaign ends when needed for these purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and operational limitations.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Privacy choices and requests
You may:
- Review and update profile details in your account
- Request access, correction, or deletion
- Opt out of marketing emails in account settings
- Ask privacy questions at any time
