1. Acceptance of Terms
Using the service creates an agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. During account creation, you must separately accept these Terms in the signup interface.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining account security and password confidentiality
- Activity under your account
- Promptly reporting unauthorized access
4. Service description
Inside the Listing helps real estate professionals create verified-lead campaign pages between online advertisements and their destination websites. The current service may include agent-branded landing pages, prospect SMS verification, qualification questions, redirects to user-selected destinations, lead alerts, lead management, campaign analytics, attribution reporting, and subscription billing.
Archived or separately enabled features may also organize property-equipment information and generate Property Briefs, including equipment-detail extraction, report generation, agent branding, and report sharing.
5. Informational use only
Lead verification confirms control of a phone number at the time of verification; it does not guarantee a prospect's identity, intent, financial ability, responsiveness, or transaction outcome. Campaign analytics and attribution are estimates and may be affected by browsers, privacy controls, blocked scripts, and third-party platforms.
- You are responsible for evaluating and following up with leads.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your ads and destinations.
- We do not guarantee any number of closings, appointments, or responses.
- Equipment may not be tested and hidden defects may not be visible.
- Photos may be incomplete and label extraction may be inaccurate.
- Product-record matches may be incorrect.
- Estimated ages and expected lifespans are approximate.
- Reports do not guarantee condition, safety, compatibility, remaining useful life, or future performance.
- Consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
6. User review responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing campaign content, destination URLs, lead qualification settings, and archived Property Brief content for accuracy and completeness before publishing, advertising, or sharing it.
8. User content ownership and limited license
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You grant Inside the Listing a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.
10. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Upload content without authorization
- Misrepresent reports as inspections, certifications, warranties, appraisals, or disclosures
- Violate privacy rights or upload unlawful content
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or abuse of the service
- Send deceptive advertisements or use leads without required consent
- Use automated means to abuse SMS verification or generate fraudulent leads
- Introduce malware or circumvent security controls
- Reverse engineer where prohibited by law
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, or misleading others
11. Subscription and billing
Inside the Listing offers paid verified-lead plans for licensed real estate professionals and other authorized users. Current pricing, included verified leads, active campaign limits, analytics features, and overage rates are described on our pricing page and at checkout.
Current offering. Basic and Plus subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The Starter introductory offer charges $150 for the first 30 days and then automatically continues on Basic at $300 per month unless canceled. Each subscription includes the number of verified leads shown for the selected plan. A billable verified lead is a unique prospect who successfully completes SMS verification and submits the required qualification questions during the applicable billing period. Leads beyond the included amount are billed at the overage rate shown for the plan. Done-for-You Lead Gen may include separately agreed services and ad spend. Unless you cancel before renewal, your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee and applicable overages.
Existing subscribers on a plan identified as legacy in their billing account keep that plan's original pricing and entitlements until they voluntarily select a current plan.
Billing and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. By starting a subscription or trial, you authorize Ridgeworth Group LLC and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for applicable fees, taxes, and adjustments permitted by law. We may change subscription fees for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice where required by law; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price unless you cancel before renewal.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account billing settings (when available) or by contacting legal@insidethelisting.com. Cancellation stops future charges but, unless otherwise stated at checkout, does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid period, after which account features may be limited as described in the Service.
Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to use the Service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@insidethelisting.com promptly. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be directed through the contact channels above before initiating a dispute with your card issuer, where permitted.
Taxes and payment failures. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry charges, suspend or limit access, or terminate the subscription after reasonable notice, consistent with applicable law and your payment provider's rules.
12. Availability and changes
Features may change. The service may be unavailable occasionally and may be modified or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but no uptime guarantee is provided unless separately agreed in writing.
13. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, databases, email, SMS verification and messaging, analytics, and payment processing. Campaigns may link to user-selected websites or other external services. Inside the Listing is not responsible for third-party content, policies, delivery, or availability.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, including platform software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by Ridgeworth Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without permission. User-submitted content remains subject to the user-content section above.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
16. Limitation of liability
17. Indemnification
18. Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend accounts for abuse, unlawful use, or material violations. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
