2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining account security and password confidentiality
- Activity under your account
- Promptly reporting unauthorized access
4. Service description
Inside the Listing helps users organize property-equipment information and generate Property Briefs. The service may include label-photo processing, equipment-detail extraction, product-record matching, equipment-age estimates, report generation, agent branding, and report sharing.
5. Informational use only
Inside the Listing provides informational property-equipment records only. The service is not a home inspection, appraisal, seller disclosure, equipment certification, code-compliance review, warranty, repair diagnosis, or substitute for professional advice.
- Equipment may not be tested and hidden defects may not be visible.
- Photos may be incomplete and label extraction may be inaccurate.
- Product-record matches may be incorrect.
- Estimated ages and expected lifespans are approximate.
- Reports do not guarantee condition, safety, compatibility, remaining useful life, or future performance.
- Consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
6. User review responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing Property Brief content for accuracy and completeness before sharing it with buyers, sellers, clients, or other recipients.
8. User content ownership and limited license
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You grant Inside the Listing a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.
10. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Upload content without authorization
- Misrepresent reports as inspections, certifications, warranties, appraisals, or disclosures
- Violate privacy rights or upload unlawful content
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or abuse of the service
- Introduce malware or circumvent security controls
- Reverse engineer where prohibited by law
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, or misleading others
11. Subscription and billing
Inside the Listing offers a paid subscription plan called Agent Pro for licensed real estate professionals and other authorized users who create Property Briefs through the Service. Pricing, features, and plan name are described on our pricing page and at checkout.
Agent Pro (current offering). As of the last updated date above, Agent Pro is offered at USD $39 per month, billed monthly in advance. New subscribers may receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial or subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee when the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Billing and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. By starting a subscription or trial, you authorize Ridgeworth Group LLC and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for applicable fees, taxes, and adjustments permitted by law. We may change subscription fees for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice where required by law; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price unless you cancel before renewal.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account billing settings (when available) or by contacting legal@insidethelisting.com. Cancellation stops future charges but, unless otherwise stated at checkout, does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid period or trial period already in progress, after which account features may revert to read-only access for existing content as described in the Service.
Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to use the Service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@insidethelisting.com promptly. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be directed through the contact channels above before initiating a dispute with your card issuer, where permitted.
Taxes and payment failures. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry charges, suspend or limit access, or terminate the subscription after reasonable notice, consistent with applicable law and your payment provider's rules.
12. Availability and changes
Features may change. The service may be unavailable occasionally and may be modified or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but no uptime guarantee is provided unless separately agreed in writing.
13. Third-party services
The platform may rely on third-party providers and may link to manufacturer manuals, product pages, or external services. Inside the Listing is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, including platform software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by Ridgeworth Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without permission. User-submitted content remains subject to the user-content section above.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
16. Limitation of liability
17. Indemnification
18. Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend accounts for abuse, unlawful use, or material violations. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
